Anna Kelly

Anna is a Conveyancing Executive MCILEx in the Property Department at Risdons.

Anna grew up locally to Bridgwater and started working in Law in 2017 after completing her studies at Bristol University, where she obtained a BA(Hons) in History. She has been working in Conveyancing since 2018 undertaking the CILEx qualifications alongside her role. In April 2020 she qualified as an ACILEx Paralegal and in June 2024 she qualified as an MCILEx Advanced Paralegal. She is now in the final stages of her qualification to become a Chartered Legal Executive.

Anna has gained a strong local reputation with clients and estate agents due to her proactive and organized approach, which greatly contributes to the efficiency of transactions. She handles a range of residential property transactions, including Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Unregistered Property, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Assents, Help to Buy and Lifetime ISAs, Probate sales, and Help to Buy Equity Loan redemptions. One of Anna's strengths is her commitment to providing exceptional client service. She ensures that the conveyancing process is explained clearly for clients, striving to make their experience as smooth as possible.
