Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join our growing dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, representing clients in a range of disputes from pre-action stages through to trial and enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters

Draft pleadings, witness statements, legal arguments, and correspondence

Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives

Keep abreast of legal developments and changes in litigation practice and procedure
Required Skills and Experience:
-
Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or relevant jurisdiction)

5+ years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)

Strong technical knowledge of litigation procedures and CPR

Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure

Commercial awareness and client-focused approach

Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Desirable:

Experience in commercial litigation, property disputes

Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods

Business development experience
