Role Overview:

 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join our growing dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, representing clients in a range of disputes from pre-action stages through to trial and enforcement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, witness statements, legal arguments, and correspondence

• Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

• Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives

• Keep abreast of legal developments and changes in litigation practice and procedure

 

Required Skills and Experience:

​

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or relevant jurisdiction)

• 5+ years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)

• Strong technical knowledge of litigation procedures and CPR

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure

• Commercial awareness and client-focused approach

• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

 

Desirable:

​

• Experience in commercial litigation, property disputes

• Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods

• Business development experience
