Kylie Bourne

Kylie is a Conveyancing Executive in the Residential Conveyancing Team and has a wealth of experience and technical ability having practiced in boutique, regional and national law firms all over England and Wales since 2015. Kylie has provided legal services both in-house for large corporations and in private practice since 2009.

Kylie has experience of residential transactions in both freehold and leasehold properties, as well as specialising in auctions for both vendors and buyers whilst working with a panoply of clients including property investors, private landlords and vulnerable persons.

Kylie enjoys live music, comedy, theatre, live sporting events and travel. All of which are enjoyed with a cheeky cocktail or two!
